Weekend courses: cooking classes and auto-massage
During the week end course, you will learn, the Ayurveda history and philosophy, how to cook according to your body types to balance, body, mind and soul in your daily routine and get ready your body for winter.Understand the fundamental principle of Ayurvedic diet and nutrition with the importance of the 6 Ayurvedic tastes, the role of the spices and herbs. Learn and Practice the auto-massage.
On Saturday, all guests will arrive at 9:45 am. We start at 10 am with the introduction of the Ayurveda philosophy, then you will learn and see how to cook an Ayurvedic lunch, that we will eat together. During the afternoon, we will see the importance of the six Ayurvedic tastes according to body types and seasons. Then, we will closing the day by learning and practicing one techniques of auto-massage.The course will finish at 4 pm.
On Sunday, all guests will arrive at 9:45 am. We start at 10 am with the Ayurvedic daily routine and learning an other delicious recipe that we will share together. During the afternoon, the importance of spices and herbs will be study to get ready for winter. We closing the day by learning and practicing an other technique of auto-massage.The course will finish at 4 pm.
The course is limited to a small group between 10 to 20 students to dedicate more attention to each student to receive the maximum benefit of the teaching.
